Bulk and Exceptional Issuing of PPE

Through our VMI System, we provide all end-users with the option of drawing PPE in singular or bulk requests to ensure operational or tasks demand is fulfilled with minimal administration and approvals, saving time, cutting long queues and ensuring safety compliance for the onsite employees who have to clock in time for their Shifts.

Daily Issuing of PPE to client’s end-users based on Shifts per Day

With our well-trained and experienced Issuing Clerk and Store Coordinators, we ensure PPE is issued to end-users on a daily basis with PPE Stores opened as per clients required times and shifts, for Underground Mines, these Onsite Stores can run 3 full shifts per day

Retail Standard Racking and Stacking

Our Stores Layout Assessment, Shelve Designs and Store Packing of PPE ensure a Neat and Hygiene Compliant Standards with Issuing Throughput maximised to ensure that End-Users make to their Shifts punctually

Code of Practice Compliance, and Fair Usage Policy

Our system ensures Cost- Transparency and Management of PPE. We work closely with the Client to define their Code of Practice, embed it into our VMI System to ensure that all end-users comply with PPE they are required to wear to fulfil their duties, most importantly to provide a gradual detail Issuing Record, Fair Usage Policy and Effective Cost-Management in Usage of PPE onsite.

PPE Item Master and Employee Master Data

Our Vendor Managed Inventory System with its custom designed and built Point of Sale Application ensures that Approved PPE Product List and client Employee Master Data Files are updated in real-time ensuring that the right employees get their eligible PPE on time.

Detailed PPE Consumption Reports and Tax Invoice for accurate Billing and Invoicing of PPE

To ensure the most accurate, auditable and traceable Consumption of PPE and Issuing thereof, a Detail Consumption Report or Itemised Billing Report with a Tax Invoice is submitted to Finance Departments for processing

Onsite Store Support and Trainings Programs

Our Onsite IT Support team utilises our in-house Helpdesk Support Platform which provides technical expert support on VMI System for both Hardware and Software Service Requests. Our Issuing Clerks receive regular training and refresher trainings on how to effectively Issue PPE and ensure Customer-Experience is maintained at highest standards possible in line with the Botshelo Way Onsite Retail Store Best Practices.
